GltGreco
Got an alignment. Gonna go get a spray wash something tonight and I'm contemplating taking the rack and lights off to take it out of total winter mode and back into "the weather might be getting better" mode. i was thinking about that yesterday because it got up to 30s-40s in boston...then today it was about 5 with the windchill so it was just a nice weather tease....moral of the story dont speak too soon when it come to mother nature fucking with youoh and for my car, all the seals went into the swap motor, the newer timing belt, oem wp, tensioner etc.... new thermostat, the numerous gaskets...motor should be ready to go in this week! andyb5
Take a couple of miles to clear, IIRC. Any idea how long it should take? Make sure it is seated correctly Thanks, double checked it and it is seated properly. Connections are good, so at this point I'm probably going to bring it to a dealer to have the codes read and see what's really wrong with it. matt b
sensor thingi on the wheel? That's what it sounds like. I actually remember clearing mine in my in-laws' street, so much less than 2 miles, maybe 1/2 mile at the most ? I'd check the wiring at this point, along with the wheel sensor. tharam04
Changed my ABS module...didn't get rid of my ABS fault light either Have you tried slamming on the brakes to see if it would fix itself? I got an ABS light one day and after slamming on the brakes (traveling about 20 mph), it cleared itself. As for me.... Just got it back from the shop with new rear brake pads. No more squeaking noise when braking. Now to check (and replace if necessary) my distributor cap and rotor.
Burn-E
Used lunch hour to wash the C70 - wasn't satisfied with how clean it was when I put it to bed in November. More like I was looking for an excuse to pull it out in the sun and think of Spring. 53 degrees today so I drove back to work in the S70 with the windows and sunroof open. Can't wait for 60 degrees tomorrow! B)

Oreo931
iPd oil cap: Installed amberlamps (they are just clear sidemarkers with amber bulbs). But I realized my original sidemarkers melted. Probably b/c the wiring was so tight. I extended the wiring so it wouldn't happen again. old sidemarker ... I feel like Kellen (he melted a fog light) and lastly: I'm getting my car inspected tomorrow and they always fail me for e-code turn signals. So I was swapping turn signals with my winter beater when this happened... But that gave me an idea. I'm going to black out my e-codes and my headlights! ftw! I already took the other turn signal apart using a heat gun. Ordering a spare set from FCP in case it looks like crap lol.

For me changed the oil in the wag. and replaced the liscence plate LED's with new one's from sharphid. One of the old ones kept coming loose from the socket. Ah goddammit..I'll take a second look at the sensors tomorrow, and if I don't find anything, its going to the dealer to have the ABS codes read. I'm sick of those damn ABS lights. And no, I still don't have any ABS or TRACS, its been about a week since the ABS light came on. I'm pretty frustrated at this point.
