--Aaron--
Mac n cheese at 12:15 AM? I think so. Also, In 6 weeks I've gone from 233 to 215 lbs. I'd like to shed another 15. Aside from warehousing being extremely labor intensive I've been continuously staying away from fast food, I wonder which has the most to do with the rapid loss. Edit: I usually hover around 195, lay offs kill me though by about 40 lbs. Hopefully those times are gone for good. Walking around all day will really take care of that extra weight.
--Aaron--
Props on the weight loss, good call on ditching the fast food Thanks man, I can tell you one thing....I was eating McD's and other similar places almost every day. I feel so much less "full" now it's unreal. I still visit Subway from time to time though, Jared says it's ok though. On work days I usually have a Sausage breakfast sandwich, Orange Juice and about 8 bottles of water over an 8 hour shift. i know what you mean there! I'm actually embarrassed to say how much weight i lost when i was working rental returns at the airport. Walking around all day will really take care of that extra weight. It's crazy how much simple things like walking can help, I never really paid much mind to the fact before.
7 VII 7
Not eating fast food helps but you still need to get as much exercise as possible without killing yourself. Keep it up.. and when you stop smoking expect to gain a couple LBs

rollin_fishtank
Sadly when I was off from my accident I was down to a decent weight... since going back to work +30 lbs- desk jobs suck because when you are bored you graze even if its trail mix and semi-healthy stuff. Unfortunately my entire office is like this. Not to mention the lunches from all the ma & pa owned places around here that are only $5 and they fill the take out container with homemade goodness. (fine the car, but I aint buying no fucking new tires) http://northcountrynow.com/news/two-potsdam-women-accused-threatening-accuse-man-rape-if-he-didnt-give-them-car-030366 "Two Potsdam women accused of threatening to accuse man of rape if he didn't give them a car" "Village police say that Christine L. Laraby, 45, and Miranda L. Laraby, 17, threatened a man that they would report to police that he had physically abused and raped Miranda Laraby if he did not sign over his vehicle to the defendants with a note saying that they had paid him $500 cash for it." "Police say the defendants subsequently took possession of the man's 1997 Subaru Legacy." "The police allege that the women subsequently told the victim that if he did not buy new tires for the vehicle and give them $500, they would carry through on their earlier threat."
