Congrats! Now go shovel some dirt, lift and twist :P Don't be too afraid to use your back (properly) to keep it strong.

i was lifting a barrel of soaked food and stuff from my old job a few months ago and the lift n twist popped my hip out n monkeyed it up ... got it popped back in and AMAZING the heating pad has been my best friend. iv been going to the gym daily im not worried about it gettin weak..
