JackS60 Posted May 3, 2012 Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 Kevin, it has been confirmed by dermatologists that the only drinkable/eatable thing that has been linked to acne is certain types of milk and a few dairy products. Which I already don't drink/eat. So a change in diet makes no difference for me. In fact, you would know that if you really did take accutane because the doctor tells you all the details- one of which is that you don't need to stay away from most foods. They say you should eat more fish though, which I've started doing. I'm 23 days in and it's messing me up emotionally/physically/ect. The diagrams are hilarious. I'm pushing through. Normally people take 40-80 mgs a day, and it progresses throughout the treatment. I'm taking 100 mgs day 1 through day 60. It's all about the stance and winglets!!! Haaha. And since you mentioned wheels, I dropped of my other set of Pegs at the Powder coaters this afternoon. The new ones are going to be "Black Bronze". Mine are with Brian at Hell Yeah Custom Coatings right now. $90 per wheel refinished. http://hellyeahcustomcoating.com/ He works out of his house but I had a single done as a test and it turned out well so I dropped off the other 4. So far I've only had them PC my spare Peg to match my black set and it turned out really good. Cost me $80 for the single 18" wheel. I can't remember what the charge was for 4 wheels. I'm more curious that you're recommending people not take it, but you're still putting them down? you must feel the negatives outweigh the acne?
