Mesoam
I've been on Paleo for three weeks, been working out more, more energy, less hunger. Never felt better. Already lost 8 lbs. Did you start Cross Fit and chugging Coconut water too?

Burn-E
Google is your friend...otherwise known as the caveman diet: Centered on commonly available modern foods, the "contemporary" Paleolithic diet consists mainly of fish, grass-fed pasture raised meats, vegetables, fruit, fungi, roots, and nuts, and excludes grains, legumes, dairy products, salt, refined sugar, and processed oils. It's like the Atkins diet but with vegetables added. In our house we go by the eliminate processed foods from the diet rule - amazing how well that works. Fudge_Brownie
I just re-arranged my computer set up and now I face a different direction. It's weird, feels like I'm sitting at an entirely new computer. Its kind of a similar feeling to sleeping on a different side of the bed or being a passenger in your own car. Make a reclining bed with a computer screen on the passenger side of your car. TOTALLY reinvent yourself.
