survolvo Posted November 17, 2013 Report Share Posted November 17, 2013 I was working in the driveway along the highway today and the local CHP pulled in on his way by. I know him pretty well from being on incidents with him regularly. We were talking for a few minutes, then I look up and see someone dangerously passing 2 cars over the double yellow right in front of us. The CHP looks at me and said "Did that really just happen" I chuckled as he went peeling out of the driveway to pull the person over. He came back by about 20 minutes later and said he got them as he drove by. I had a good laugh over it. I normally wouldn't be happy about someone getting pulled over, but so many idiots pass, or try to pass right here. I can't tell you how many accidents have been caused because of it. Its not a safe place to pass at all, specially since there is a 2 mile straightaway that is a legal passing lane less than a 1/2 mile down the highway. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
