Burn-E
One of those things you're always hoping will happen to the guy who's driving like a douche.

Stormtrooper1
that also could have been avoided if the lady filming would have actually put the phone down and paid attention to the road and her driving. i was actually expecting her to wreck being the distracted driver, though it never would have been uploaded if that had been the case. It's not exactly rocket science to point at phone at another car, or eat while driving, etc... driving doesn't require 100% of your attention all the time especially when going a steady speed on a straight road. http://www.topgear.com/uk/jeremy-clarkson/jeremy-clarkson-top-gear-column-april-2012-04-

I'm agreeing with the previous poster that both vehicles we being driven by someone driving like a douche. Also judging by the fact she moved the camera around to her dash and back to the truck I'm goin to assume (from personal experience of observing others taking videos) that she was most likely paying more attention to the phone than the road. It's like going to a concert and seeing people video it. They pay for really good seats and then watch the show through a 3 inch screen because they are watching the video as it records through the camera. Piston Slapper
People record aggressive drivers for their own protection with their smart phones all the time now, it's a pretty good idea actually.
Stormtrooper1
Yes the aggressive driver was wrong, but how much of that was caused by an old lady trying to record on her phone and drive at exactly 55 in what appears to be the passing lane? Fudge_Brownie
DING DING DING. Both are assholes. Video-taper was failing to keep right. And yes holding a phone, even shooting blind, reduces your attention on the road. Whether or not it is significant is dependent on hazards in the area and people's willingness to accept risk. In other words... it's an opinion.
Piston Slapper
Video-taper was failing to keep right. Failing to keep right... while passing other cars... which the truck was also passing and then raged and passed on the right before she had a chance to merge right? Yeah, because if you're not passing them at twice their speed while flipping them off you should just sit behind them and go 45 when you'd like to go 55?
