Yup 540 maf will be overkill for the 20t but nice and safe and plently big enough for the next size turbo!

to make the silicone transitions nicer, I am going with a 3" post maf pipe instead of the 2.75" - something to consider for yourself...

Saw this as well. Is it a 'plug and play' or are modifications needed to be done?

Whoops, Greg answered that for me :)

eh I kinda answered it... bigger maf means bigger air filter, bigger silicone to mate to whatever post maf you may have and HAS to be tuned accordingly.

the self tuning folk have maxed green injectors, and stocks MAFs on an 18t... better safe than sorry for everything car related I always say - why I drive Volvos? hmm

I am custom tuning no worries, I am also a fan of airing on the side of caution all things car related.... except for my rn/manual swap in 2 days

I wouldn't call it overkill

I tuned a 16T at 16 psi, and we maxed both

The greens and s90 housing.

You would be suprised how much air mass you can flow with a td04 on the newer RN motors.

Looks great. I'm looking forward to seeing how your 20T and gregs work out.

I tuned one earlier in the year at only 14-15 psi and man that thing hauled.

Well shes back :D Big thanks to Nick from DCTB for working on this with me... The housing turned out amazing. Truely beautiful. Cant wait to put this little baby turbo to work! On other fronts progress is slow. Just got back for 8 days in Switzerland. Beautiful country! Weather is just breaking here. Dash is mostly assembled just needs wrapped up and installed. After that the real work comes. Im ready for some wheel spin and torque steer again
