VolvoWill
I have done everything the right way and have been wondering why it isnt working, well today I realized that one of the Samco hoses (the one going to the bottom of the intercooler not the one that connects it) was leaking boost. The hose clamp wasnt tight enough it slid of just enough to see the chrome end of the intercooler pipe. Hopefully this is the culprit, and if it isnt than I am completley lost.. BeachRat
Hahaha, thx, glad you can laugh about it. Just remember what hoses went where on your BCS, for if/when you use it again.I just stuck it down underneath my air filter, where it wont wobble around and make noise. I have EST's heat shield kit; fits nicely there.I will take pics this afternoon.

BeachRat
Okay, finalemant! Here's the EBC just chilling by my air filter. I know I didn't need to block the holes off with vac line, but I'm keeping it clean in case I need to re-use it.Here's a photo of a TurboXS installed in an 850, you can see the line running to the waste gate and the other running underneath the turbo. I found it easier to access that one from UNDERNEATH the car.And all mounted up...Thanks for everyone's help on this topic!

BeachRat
whot is the diference between pressure regulator and the thing here is called MBCdose the same thing or whot ?What are the sizes of the inlets on that regulator you installed? 1-2cm? A manual boost controller (MBC) just has brass nipples to slip vacuum hose over. If the inlets on that regulator are as big as I think they are, you need to take it out and put a smaller part in there. 1. Make sure you didn't install it backwards. Many designs only work one way; installing them in reverse results in very little or no boost and often without the ability to control it.2. Make sure you removed the factory EBC from the vacuum lines. Check the MSPainted pictures on page 1 and 2 to see how it should look.
