adaptorman Posted September 10, 2006 Author Report Share Posted September 10, 2006 perhaps put the intercooler in front of the radiator. great fab!i did want to mount it at the front but as the main water radiator was slightly smaller then a std t5 radiator i wanted to make sure it had a max amount of airflow to cool the lump/and fitting theincooler would have lead to long airflow pips and longer build up of turbopressure so i thought bugger that and banged it in the rear instead,,a few pics of sanding down started this afternoon?may have a few more 2moz Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

adaptorman Posted September 14, 2006 Author Report Share Posted September 14, 2006 that is honestly one of the coolest things i have ever seen in my entire lifelol never i could think of better things lol,i wish i lived in usa and pimp my ride would knock on my door then it would be a mad cool bug ,but i just had to make it this way as i love the volvo power house lumps great for high milage and love the sound of this tryed doing a video of the engine and dumpvalve blowing off but the dam cammra just wont record it breaks up and turns the cammra off when i rev the bugger lol,but 500kg(half ton bug shud go well with a std t5 incoolerquick spool up turborica 304 ecu16inch std alloysmanual gearbox for those burn outsdumpvalve cools me down (like haveing aircon in the rear lol :rolleyes: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
