"auto" Feature Not Working On Climate Control

So I just recieved my "new" ECC unit, and put it in the car.

... Everything fires up fine, but for whatever reason, the auto feature both on the fan speed and the vent positioner aren't working... it won't... auto, lol.

Also, there's now an audible "click" from under the hood when the AC turns off (sometimes on, but mostly off, like when i turn the car off).

Thoughts?

The clicking sound is most likely the compressor cycling. It clicks once when it cycles on, and once again when it cycles off. It should cycle every 30 seconds to a minute, give or take. Its completely normal.

Do you know if you have any fault codes for the climate control system? I forget which port it is on the OBDI reader thing, but you should check for fault codes and possibly try to reset them if you can,

To the best of my knowledge I'm not throwing any... but I'll swing by Forge and have 'em plug me in and take a look :)

I'm not talking about the OBDII port near your cig lighter. I am talking about the diagnostic box under the hood. There are instructions in the Bay13 maintenance section on how to read the codes (if you have any), as well as which socket to use.
