Tom93R1
So my haynes doesnt describe this at all for my car.I know where the upper rear shock mounts are, right under the panel that separates the rear seat from the 3rd row seat. Problem is I cannot get this panel up. Is it supposed to clip in and should just pop out? Or do I need to unbolt the hinge from the floor to the 3rd row seat back? Or maybe there is something else I am missing?thank-youtom

AlvinL
I just did this for my son's car a couple of weeks ago but he doesn't have a third row.1. Fold the rear seats down.2. Remove the rear panels (rear and sides).3. Lift open and remove the four bolts for the center panel, two bolts per side bracket.4. Pull that panel, towards the rear to unlock it from the bracket's retainer.5. Lift and remove that center panel exposing the shock mounts.Hope that helps.
