crazykn
I found out that my trim was real wood (its custom, not OEM) when I cracked one of the pieces (around the radio).

Guest Guest
+1 Cloth and plastic trim or even simulated wood is not for me.Some x70's had real wood. But the more common is the simulated plastic "wood"No 70 series had fake wood that I know of, except the rear console piece if you have one. True Swede
Are there different shades of wood for the S70 (lighter/darker)?
RZT5
Are there different shades of wood for the S70 (lighter/darker)?I've seen 3. a cheap looking fake wood, a dark real wood, and then introduced in either 99 or 00 a medium to light real wood which looks REALLY nice, and i'm not normally a fan of wood

All the OEM wood dashes were veneered, as Kyle said.

Also there is an imitation marble option, carbon, and a couple (maybe 3?) different aluminum variations. This is all on vadis if you feel like looking it up.
