The Poi
I've run into a snag with my T56 project. The T56 has an internal hydraulic TO bearing that I would like to use. However, the contact diameter of the bearing is 1.7" at the minimum diameter, and that's about where the fingers of my current 850 plate are un-actuated. Basically, if I compress the fingers, they're going to ride over the inner edge of the TO bearing. So I'm looking for solutions, and I've found Tilton's universal hydraulic bearing for "8.5-11" finger type clutches"...has a 1.68" minimum contact diameter. Is the 850 finger diameter strangely tiny? Does the 707 plate have a larger finger contact diameter?
