If you ground it to the ground wire of the unit (black) it works perfect. Falcone Posted August 20, 2008 Author Report Share Posted August 20, 2008 I added a toggle switch to mine today, so its not grounded all the time. Its the kind with three connections on the bottom, two for on, one for off, and locks into position. Initally I had a pust button on/off in one click, but it didn't do the trick. This particular unit must be grounded the entire time you intend to watch movies. The first time I hooked it up I used the actual ground of the radio as per bo-peep, was super easy and fast, but Ihave to say I like toggle switches. Took some pictures today of the re-re-re-install, but when I got back upstairs to upload the pictures, my usb cable had been molested by my cats and is in three good pieces, I'll post pics tomorrow.previous install with push button switchold test fit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
