Looks like speedhut's policy is get 25 preorders together and then they will tool a kit (takes 4-6 weeks) Cost is 109.95 and includes the HVAC panel. The upside to this is no GB needed speedhut would ship the kits to the individuals.I found a metric kit on European Tuning's site that is made by Birba Racing in Italy. Birba sells their white face kit for $72.31. I emailed Birba about creating a kit with Mph speedo, they said they would need at least 20 orders. I am waiting to get a price I need to send them a picture of a U.S. S70 cluster so they can verify its the same as their kit. Anyone want to post one up?
