MeanGreenSwedeMachine
I'm changing my upper engine and firewall mounts. I got the engine mount off fine, but where do I get at the firewall mount from? I expected there to be bolts underneath, but there's nothing. Oreo931
take off the panel that covers the windshield wiper motors....should be 4-6 torx screws. pop that off the the two bolts for the mount are underneath. 13mm or 14mm iirc. MeanGreenSwedeMachine
One more question, more for my own curiousity:The thing that goes from the firewall to the engine mount. Basically looks like a shoelace....Whats it do?

--Aaron--
You are describing a ground strap. It also looks better if you get some colored of your choice 4 AWG wire and some crimp rings and replace them. :)
