Shouldn't YOU be filing a complaint with Ebay?

Ebay protects only their revenue stream. The seller has over 40,000 transactions. I did file a complaint against the seller for trying to extort positive feedback.

No way.

Ebay is SCREWING all sellers with the new system.

Do a charge back on your CC or File a Paypal Complaint "Item not as described"

With the new system buyers can do whatever they want with ZERO accountability.

I work for a VERY reputable eBay seller and the new system SUCKS.

Are they also chinese grade 3?

Tozovr is right when he said the grade ratings refer to shear strength. I misspoke earlier when I said All grade 8 hardware will have a gold tint. I should have said most have a gold tint, but bolt heads also have a grade stamp. That is not the case with stud bolts that are headless. It is harder to tell with those. Greater reliance is put on the honesty of your supplier - so make sure its a good one.
