This has taken me about 6 months to finally get from Oliver. Save yourself the wait and the hassle. 94850tx Posted October 7, 2008 Author Report Share Posted October 7, 2008 Pretty much. 1st one came through and was bad (3 months later). Took one month to get them to agree to fix it after #1 post office would not give me the insurance money because it was packaged improperly and even if they had it was only for $100 (In Olivers mind he only needs to cover the cost of the Ecu not the chip...). Now 3 months after that I get this one- and we had agreed it would be shipped in the box I sent the other ECU back to them in AND with $300 insurance- neither happened. It arrived here in a envelope, with $100 insurance on it. One of the plastic tabs (NOT the pins) is broken off the bottom, it won't affect performance or use of it at all but it's very annoying to go through all of this and he's still being a PITA. He says everything is still covered underwarranty etc but thats why I am offering it with insurance, etc to cover any issues someone might have. Overall speedtuning as a business sucks- they lie (he had some woman named Jenifer call me...who he says is the owner, who is totally unprofessional and a joke on top of that).
