PhilippineT5
Where did you get the 2" spring from and is that other thing a c/o nut in between the 2" and 8" spring?i found it laying around in the old stock stuff.. the thing in between the 8" & 2" spring is the aluminum seperator.. its not threaded.i think this set up would be good in terms of drop and ride quality ;)
550
There are a couple of things you can do for the rear. 1. Run 5.5 inch dia. springs. Easy, and cheaper.2. Run 2.5 inch dia. springs with a cup and perch like KW's. Not that much more money than option number 1.3. Run a full blown coilover in the rear. Some notes about that include... You may not want to use the original lower shock mount. (or upper for that matter) You will probably need to fab a bit. :-/ It is a little easier in the older cars (240's) but the newer cars make it a little difficult. nari
2. Run 2.5 inch dia. springs with a cup and perch like KW's.where to get those?I couldn't find any hardware for the back.
Gioseppe
where to get those?I couldn't find any hardware for the back.you can order spring perches directly from koni for the fronts, to then use with either the stock spring mount or a camber plate setup if you had them, although at that point one should check out vorschlag (upper) spring perches.what hardware are you thinking of for the back? if you get a 5.5" single pigtail spring, 11" long, then you shouldn't need any other hardware, it replaces the stock spring... if you want lower, you can cut the spring. If you want adjustability, then you would have to find (or fab, by all means ) a sleeve that would bolt to the suspension arm and have a 5.5" threaded collar. stock rear upper spring mounts work perfect. 550
You can call stockcarproducts.com and they should have them. Adjustable spring perches for the rear. But like Gioseppe said... 5.5 inch springs with some cuttage and you are golden.

550
Actuallllllly, it will only really mess up the spring rate if the springs are progressive.http://forums.turbobricks.com/showthread.php?t=150091By the way... post number 16 is the winnar. TorqueSteer
The 11 inch high springs im using are lower than any other lowering spring. No hardware needed, just buy them and slip them in. If you want to go lower, you can cut a coil and it will still ride fine. Or look for a 5.5 x 9 inch spring
