Cal3thousand
I tried to remove my head bolts last night. I used a 14mm socket, short 3/8" extension, 3/8" ratchet (All craftsman) and a cheater. BROKE my 3/8" ratchet and bashed my elbow real nice. So when I go to Sears for an exchange, what should I get to do the job? ----> I have a 1/2" ratchet and 14mm socket. Should I go for a 3" long 1/2" extension to use with my current tools? Or do I need to blow some dough on a 1/2 breaker and a new socket?

BlackT5
Get a 1/2" drive breaker bar and use the shortest extension possible. Throw a pipe or something over the breaker bar if you don't have any muscles.

Will that work? or am I looking to get the non-ratcheting bar?
