they are pretty flimsy...i broke a few of them. i got a din compartment from a taurus.

Looks great; I prefer to have a closed drawer/pocket over an open on...except that my bluetooth mic comes out of there right now. What year Taurus?

Hey...is that a Pioneer? If so, which one? The pic is fuzzy but looks like a DEH-P6900 or 7900 or one of those. I have a P7900BT but have found very little in the way of help/advice online for some of the features. it is a great stereo but I would like to make full use of it.

there is only one kit to get and its the same for ever 850 from 93-00 and maybe even newer.

the wire harness kit is the same for all the aftermarket headunits also .

I bought four , from Crutchfield for three different headunits and they were all the exact same as the one pictured.

this has to be one of the easiest things to do in a volvo :)

anyhow now , use the same harness from the small kenwood headunit to the touch screen kenwood to the jvc head unit

I was just fooling around checking all my 850s and found them to all take the same wiring harness...except my T-5R which still has a stock stereo. It has a seperate round connector for the amp and only one big plastic plug to attach wiring, instead of the two from this kit we are talking about. And to think, all this time I thought the "Premium" on the stereo didn't mean anything.
