flyfishing3 Posted November 11, 2008 Report Share Posted November 11, 2008 the car has to be paid off before the bank will release the title if i'm correct.you'd have to be pretty trusting to buy the car, give your money and then wait for the person go to the bank pay it off and then get your title.isn't a ebay rule you have to have the title.
