jnderr
Had good experience with them. You just have to pick and choose what parts you buy and be wary of anything that is labeled "aftermarket"
Chilled man
I bought my EMPI axles from eeruoparts and they were much higher quality than OEM. They also seem to have all the hard to find misc. parts for our cars and relatively reasonable prices.I've heard that Erie volvo (SP?) is another good source.Erie Vovo is a Volvo Only junk yard easy to deal with if you call them on the phone lol some times a bit pricy for usesd stuff but they normally have everything lol I used Raxles for my axles and there fantastic :)
halewai
I like iPd - and I like Volvo genuine parts, I'm lucky though, because I've got a Volvo specialty shop near-by and get a discount there. I'm also ok with spending a more money to have longer lasting parts, and easier to replace parts as well... my 2 cents.
prasamin
request OEM from FCP, and you'll get OEM with a slightly extra fee....i like FCP....great warranty policy, and they don't argue with you when you claim a warranty.

turbormonkey
You must be one of the rich guys on this forum. My problem I had is they started substituting parts and that it what pissed me off, now they dont even list a manufactuer on their ebay auctions on practically all their stuff. Also how many ways are their to put a lower control arm on. I loaded it just as the manual said, do you have to load tigthen the spindle nut as well, I thought just the subframe bolts also do you need to grease the bushings as the other member said. Thank you
TurboS60
Wait so are they sending cheap aftermarket parts even if you choose the volvo oem parts (not the scantech junk) from the website? Cuz i got alot of stuff from them but ive always purchased only the OEM parts.

bdimag
I think you are right, come to think of it. I just had to replace a suspension bushing that I had just replaced several months before and I haven't even been driving the car that much. They probably are selling more Chinese stuff. FWIW I HATE their new website too. hate is too nice of a word.i usually shop eeuroparts, but for most oem stuff i use tascavolvoparts.com... and ebay a lot too, but that only works for certain things... the commissar!
I have purchased from Waltrip, IPD, eEuroparts, FCP, and ocasionally other online suppliers. Brick and mortar, sometimes O'reileys usually not Adv/Pep/AutoZ except for commonly available fluids and after hours desperation parts O's doesn't have, every time I go to my local dealer I feel raped. I have had nothing but good experiences with IPD and Waltrip, I have had good service but ocasionally slow to ship not in stock parts from eEuro (unlike Waltrip). FCP, nothing bad but nothing great either...but I am careful where I buy what parts from...For OEM it is very hard to beat the price and service from Waltrip and they sincerely want our business. His prices are just barely more expensive for actual OEM parts. Plus, they ship out same day! He got me a set of control arms and inner tie rods from Tenn. to Florida in 1 day. On certain parts, I'll save some money and get aftermarket. But a lot of them, I want quality (OEM) and go to Don or Jamie.
