fasteddyT5
I have a 1998 S70 T5M, I have decided that i am going to replace my worn out shocks/struts with Koni FSD's. I would like to also install a set of Eibach Pro-Kit Springs at the same time. Talking with the a technician at Eibach USA, they said that the correct model is # 8418-140, but this model is only offered in the German catalog and not available in the US.The kit # 8410-140, which is for 850's and '97-2000 V70's, has the same front springs but different rear springs. I know some sites say that the 8410's are for S70's as well but this appears to be incorrect. Not sure if anyone else has run into this problem and has found a set of the correct springs or if people have just run the 8410's instead. Right now i am waiting to hear back from a company in the UK to find out how much the correct springs will be shipped to the US and whether I need to pay the 17% VAT.here is a link the UK site that has the carries them, it looks like the 850 Sedans are also supposed to have the 8418's instead of the 8410's.Roadrunner MotorsportsIf anyone has found a set of 8418's i like to know where, and whether people think it is worth the bother trying to find the right springs.thanks

mbsl98
ebay has them all day long.Ebay does not have them "all day long". The ones being sold on ebay are model #8410.140 which are for wagons only. for sedans, both 850's and S70's, the correct model number is #8418.140. (n)A-GAME
well, seeing how IPD stocks 8410 for S70 sedans, I'd trust them over a random uk based supplier who sells vw and vauxhall bits too ;)

Livvakt
As far as I know, unless they're Nivomats, it shouldn't be a problem, just a run of numbers... (could be wrong though)
