European Sportwagon
Greetings,I'm coming up on my next oil change and need some info.I have a 95 855 NA with 155,000I searched around but still couldn't come up with an answer.I've always used Purolator filters with 10w30.The last change I did I used a fram...I'm confusedIt sounds like those are bad filters for 850's???Why is that? I didn't know there was a difference. What makes the Mann filter better? Thanks,Shawn

info2x
Fram filters aren't bad for 850s...They are bad for anything that requires a filter.Oil Filter Study shows several filters Fram being one of them and how they stack up against each other. The reason we use Mann is because the filter element is great, there is lots of said filter element, and it has a check valve to help reduce the time that the car runs with low oil pressure.
