turbowagoneer855 Posted November 29, 2008 Report Share Posted November 29, 2008 i helped with an evaporator replacement job about 2yrs ago, and i'm going to attempt sucha job by myself very soon.plus, replacing the ecc with a manual unit on the '96 855, with the main purpose of eliminating the code reading on the heating/cooling system.i think this would be the perfect time todo it, while replacing the heater core and evaporator,just for good measure.anybody done this, replacing ecc with manual?? any info available will be much appreciated.i've searched, but i got zilch!
