Ghost Shadow Posted November 30, 2008 Report Share Posted November 30, 2008 My 99 XC was delivered on 10/15/1998 per carfax, so that puts me at approx 6 weeks out of warranty. from the car fax it was electrically serviced at 5/25/2006 ~15-20k ago by the previous owner. it does have a yellow sticker.My ETS light is on but driveability is OK. no problems what so ever besides the light on. car has 160k and a newer engine in it that was done 2k ago. cleaned the throttle body yesterday, but did not take it apart. was going to do that today. what else can we do?
