TaskMule
Why would anyone want anything other than 6000k? (Or maybe 8000k??? )Because 4300k puts out more usable lumens than any other temp. Isn't that what an upgrade is for?

Livvakt
Any modification needed for the 850 fogs? (This includes cutting, etc.)
7 VII 7
Any modification needed for the 850 fogs? (This includes cutting, etc.)yes, you need to cut out the plastic and remove the R bumper... then you have to get underneath and wire it to your rear o2 sensorthen you need to re-route it back to the front and put it lined to the horn... so when you push the horn on start up your fogs will work
TaskMule
Any modification needed for the 850 fogs? (This includes cutting, etc.)I believe there is a write-up on it in here somewhere. If I recall, it's kinda complicated.I think the poster also melted a set of housings on his first attempt. Not pretty. But maybe someone has come up with a better idea since then? Dunno. Searchy searchy.

I thought I might be able to be sneaky and get away with just wiring it to the car alarm and the EGR.(but seriously, any trimming or anything?) Zulu
I wouldn't put those 55W in the fogs...what is the difference between theDDM 35 and 55 Watt Slim Ballast HID Kitand theRaptor Brand HID?Not sure, they say a couple of the others are value brand even though they're the same price. I'd just go with the Apexcone.
