flyfishing3 Posted December 19, 2008 Report Share Posted December 19, 2008 hey john,i oredered mine on Dec 5th. they are supposed to arrive according to frt co. on mon.the web site said they had a back order going so a little delay wasn't surprising.it said they were using up their old stock of thick ballast and all new orders would have the slim ballasts on the apex.i wish you would of announced your sale earlier. Called them up (apparently it's direct to Apexcone's warehouse) and they fixed it straight away. JMK, should give them a call...they might just send you a set lol.BTW John, gotta PM you about the HIDs I got off you a little while back, sometime later this weekend. However, at the end of the day I bought the same product with the same warranty, and got it for almost $30 cheaper than his December sales price and almost $50 cheaper than his normal price. The customer service I got from DDM Tuning was also excellent, as they were always quick to respond to my questions or updates on the order. The time it took to receive the shipment was due to an order backlog because of the heavy volume of orders they got, which seems to be same problem Jon is having right now based what he has posted on his website.
