lookforjoe
To all with the questions, I am selling it because my net worth is about half of what it was a year ago today. Cashing out investments at a substantial loss to pay for a year of tuition is like paying 3x the actual tuition. I also have my son on a travel hockey team. That ran me about $8K last year and if he goes Tier next year, it will be $10-12K. I had fun with the project and it was just that... a project. But any free time I have in my life right now is not being spent in the garage! So, with both the daughters college and the son's hockey combined with the stock market in the dumper... the toys gotta go. Scott C.I can appreciate that - my daughter's graduating college this winter, and my son starts next fall...
