I have ordered a set from Wendell with Habrec Enterprises. Didn't know this group buy was going on. They should've shipped today, and I will let everyone know when I get them.

Definitely let me know. My wipers blew apart and I need plugs. Who is Wendell? Is he on the boards here?

I think he's on here, but I'm not positive. I'm also not 100% sure the plugs will work on the C70. The company I got them from is in the Phillipines, and the C70 was never sold there, so they have not tested it. If they don't work, they will be for sale for you R guys!

I know the ones that fit the R bumper will not work. But the site from the OP on this thread has ones for the C70 and the S/V70. Separate listing. HERE

I have tried on several occasions to set up dealer status with Wendell, he has not replied to my emails. If you guys want, I'll try again or I can get in touch with "Vparts"

That works for me!

If you did not want to wait, or wanted a home project you could always make a set yourself.

1. Remove blades (8mm nuts)

2. Loosen motor (2 10mm bolts)

3. Apply a few layers of blue painters tape to the wiper plug cavity. Go well beyond the area especially below it to protect the bumper if you use epoxy. I would also use a mold release or Pam works as well.

4. Use of materials is up to you, you could always try Bondo like the Chilled Man suggested, but I opted for epoxy and carbon fiber. Use a filler for the center to build the plug close to the top of the bumper.(CF+epoxy bottom layers, core material, CF+epoxy top layers) Fiberglass mat can easily be substituted for the CF and if you did not have a foam core material you could substitute quick dry wall spackling.

5. Sand as needed and paint for final finish.

I still need to paint mine, but I have yet to determine if I like the car better without the head light blades.

BTW Logan: I originally disagreed on the fit on the Swedespeed post, but if the plugs you ordered from Wendell look like ones you posted they should fit no problem. Why does everyone seems to dislike the wipers, do they really make the front end look that old or unsporty?

Thanks for the info. If I lived up north, I would replace and keep the wipers. But mine broke and I live in FL. No use for them here, ever...
