2000 S70 Flickering Dash And Interior Lights

Car mileage is 49,700 miles. Dash and interior lights flickering. Can see the issue best when it is dark outside. The flickering is very subtle. The exterior lights seem to be fine, not flickering. Flickeing is constant all the time. Took car to the Volvo dealer who verified and saw the issue. The dealer checked all the grounds and even swapped the battery out with a new one and it still has the flickering. Dealer worked on it @ 1 hour and could not find what is causing the flickering. Need help!!

Do you have music going while the lights flicker? I have noticed with my car that if the music is up, the dash has a very subtle flicker to it anytime it would appear the speakers are drawing a lot of power...Not sure if this helps you at all, or if you play music at a high volume...

Thank you Turbo & Meztz for your input!! Did not mention this before, that the flickering only occurs when the engine is running.

Playing the radio at different volume levels did not make any change of the flickering. Did observe the following: Turned on the 4way flashers and the dash lights would dim with each pulse of the 4way lights coming on. The same thing when the horn would blow, turning on the rear window defroster as well as turning on the blower motor initially. Seems like a normal voltage drop? Also sped up the engine to @ 2000rpm and found the same thing.
