Sam
I Had a battery that had a bad cell in it and was delinquent in changing it out. I got it swapped today with a new one, and when I got in to start the car, I turned the key and all of the dash lights came on, the hazard lights were flashing (without being turned on), and the computer display had all of the lights on (all 8's and every image). But there was no attempt to try and start. No starter, nothing.Any ideas? Thanks.Sam

It sat in the driveway for about a week - so the battery may have been good and dead.
