Cal3thousand Posted January 15, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 15, 2009 yes it will. i think what he is trying to say is if you were to do everything you want to do with smaller piping as opposed to larger piping, the effects would be quieter, but regardless of which route you take, you are going to produce less noise with an additional muffler than you are nowOk... that’s seems logical.So after this month, looks like my car will in good enough condition to meet up without being embarrassed (less the rims). I know this aint' the forum, but maybe we can start thinking about a Socal meet. That is, unless there is already one on the radar.Nolanator, what you think? I will add that I still don't think it will reduce the noise enough to warrant a $100+ purchase. I would think that taking the current magnflow(?) off and putting on something that reduces the flow more would be better. Magnaflows are meant to get the exhaust out faster, faster = louder.
