johnloves850's Posted January 16, 2009 Report Share Posted January 16, 2009 i originally posted this on turbobricks with no reply, so i'm just going to copy and paste:1993 240dl stock radio problems...the radio in my cousin's girlfriend's 240 is kinda muffedthe fuse was bad so i replaced that, after she had told me the last time they did that it caught on fire haanyway, it'll turn on and what have you, but it won't accept a tapei mean, it was an AC/DC tape, so i understood where it was coming from hagetting back to business:i want to hook up a sony head unit, but i need some sort of schematic layoutor someone who has the wiring diagram with colorsif anyone can give me a link to a thread for this that would be fine tooi can't find one for the life of methanks everyone, john Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If the car is in good condition,it's seems like it would be a shame to cut up the factory wiring...Any good audio shop should be able to help you get one for your '93.Have a look at Crutchfield.com to get a leg up on the project.Some of those wagons also had amps. wmartinlsmith Posted January 17, 2009 Report Share Posted January 17, 2009 wait wut.. just go spend the 10 bucks at walmart or the effing auto parts store for the harness adaptor.. then you wont have to fuck with wiring schematics. unless you already have had the oem harness cut out.. i had some jerk off do that to my old 745. it took me a month to fid the oem harness and re-splice it in.. its worth the money to save having to splice stupid shit like that.
