Jack8745 Posted January 21, 2009 Report Share Posted January 21, 2009 installed unorthodox racing crank pulley about a year ago and i love it. lights at idle are little dim but i don't care. since i installed it my 150k serpentine belt tensioner has been getting weaker and weaker, now I'm pretty sure it makes noise at start up and has excessive bearing play, plus when the tranny shifts at high rpm i can hear a squeal. I'm going to replace it soon but I'm wondering if this is a common problem - early serp belt failure? also has anyone made any pulleys similar to [picture] (URD supercharger belt tensioner pulley for Toyota) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
