I replaced that on the black wagon, so I should be able to do it a little quicker this time. Maybe order some Samcos for it too. I'd rob the Samcos off the black wag, but if anyone from Volvospeed is interested in the black one, I'll leave all the good stuff on. (Chilled.....?)The PCV can be a real oh yeah!... trust me. http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.php?s...=111479&hl= As long as you aren't replacing the coolant/pcv hose that routes in front of the head... yeah... it's not as big of a deal... but there's no real good way to know for certain if the line from the trap to the rear inlet tube is plugged. if you plan on replacing the "big line"... there's a banjo bolt under the intake... and it's an absolute c-sucker. you might get away with just doing the trap and the easy hoses but i wasn't willing to take chances... it was all replaced. if i had to do it again... i'd pull the whole intake manifold off of it. there's one person that's going to try to use a different line from an older model on his... at some point. the Samco's won't work...
