This is for the serious enthusiast seeking a free flowing exhaust manifold that signficantly exceeds the flow capacity of the improved S60R manifold. Made of Inconel 625 alloy, this manifold is constructed to effectively sustain temperatures up to 1800 degrees F. This is the same material used in Formula 1 racing manifolds. This manifold will bolt to any standard Volvo 5 port turbo application including 850/V-C-S/and S60R. Comes with a T25 flange for use with KKK or Garrett type turbo housings. The cost of one of these manifolds directly from Cosworth was approximately $2600.Note that all cars and turbo combinations bring with it a sizing variation ("Will it fit?").
