When I turn my car on, the blower blows for just a couple of seconds and then cuts off. It will keep doing this but it just wont stay on. My a/c and recirc lights blink about 20 times and that has been going on for the last year or so. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any help would be appreciated very much. I have already taken out the blower but I'm not sure how to check to see if its that or maybe the regulator! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Then I took out the resistor as well and tried to swap it out with my 98 V70 but I could not get to it because of the airbag! So I reinstalled the resistor and blower and now it's working again.
