Get Some Posted February 22, 2009 Report Share Posted February 22, 2009 bought autostart remote start with keyless and horn hook up. one of the wires syas it needs to be connected to the 5th relay ? so far the only thing i could find is the 5th relay is for a 2nd starter, 2nd ignitions, or 2nd acc.. my guess is this has something to do for when you start your car with the remote and then get inside with the key .. any one know what this 5th relay is ? or any help thanks ! btw this is for a 1997 854 na kit used it AUTOSTART AS-2775 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
--Aaron-- Posted February 22, 2009 Report Share Posted February 22, 2009 It might have something to do with the car shutting off when the brake is pressed w/o the key in the ignition after the remote start is activated.Prezman26 has a remote start that he put in himself pretty sure.....it works flawlessly, maybe he could help you out.
