28mm

25 is enough on my wagon, so I'm sure it'd be plenty on a sedan. With a 25mm in the rear and the stock 23mm in the front, it's pretty fun!

If I stepped up the front bar I'd really like a 28mm rear, but I have too many car expenses coming up, i won't be able to afford that.

Hopefully IPD in a couple of weeks...I wish IPDs store was closer..

Do like I do...wait until you see a junked car for sale that has them already installed. I picked up two different '95 850 Turbos within weeks of each other for $500 a piece. I pulled an IPD ECU, exhaust and sway bars off one and pulled Koni's, lowering springs, Volans, sway bars and a strut tower brace off the other.

...but...I had a funny experience with the sway bars on my car. I first installed the lowering springs/shock/struts, the ECU and the exhaust. Of course I notice a huge change all around. Then I installed the strut tower brace. I noticed a HUGE difference in body flex (less body flex of course) with the IPD tower brace. When I finally got around to installing the front IPD sway bar I didn't really notice ANY difference. On my car with only the IPD sway bar and no other mods I noticed a big difference so I know they are great bars (along with just about everything else I have ever bought from them) but on a lowered car with a strut tower brace I noticed very little change.

Don't get me wrong here...this is just my observations from my daily driving. Although I am very agressive I have not gotten the car out on the track yet so maybe they would make a bigger difference there but from the twisty roads I have driven recently I think that my strut tower brace made a bigger difference than my sway bars which makes me think that the lowering of the car stiffened up some of the characteristics that the sway bar usually has to handle on its own.

So...for my money, I would go with the strut brace first. Unless you are heading right out to the track your stock sway will be fine for now and the strut brace will give you more bang for the buck...

That all being said, if someone wants to call I'm dumb I probably won't argue as long as you have a good reason to say otherwise. I am not current on my racing physics so I could be completely wrong...but from what I felt in the corners the strut brace gave me more stiffness in the corners than swapping out the stock sway for the IPD one...but again, I already had the car lowered. I might try that strut bar on the girlfriends stock car to see how much stiffness it gives all by itself.

just my $.02
