(n)A-GAME Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 The short answer is it depends what you are looking for.SC-900/901 are nice units because they have Dolby capability. They have the "RDS" radio feature which scrolls the song title and artist when you're listening to the radio-I think that's a neat feature. The SC-900/901s also have a 3-disc in dash CD changer. The downside to these is that you need an amplifier of some kind to make them work, as they do not have internal amplifiers to power the speakers like your SC-811 or an SC-816 would have. The good news is you can find those amps pretty easily or you can use an aftermarket setup with the proper DIN cable. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
