Took Apart Pcv, It's Completely Clear, What Causes Smoking Out Of Dipstick?

I took apart my PCV system today because I have a small amount of gunk on the dipstick tube, and some condensation along the length of it. Also white smoke out of the dipstick tube as well.

The PCV system and passages are completely clean, I even blew air through them. Absolutely no blockages, gunk buildup, etc. and they are all Volvo OEM parts when it was changed out around 10k miles ago.

????

Just wanted to say that car was previously overheated, took to my indie to see if the HG was blown, compression was 185 on the lowest cylinder and 195 on the highest cylinder. He pressured tested the cooling system and found two leaks and thinks that is what is causing the slooooow coolant leak. I just have to wonder if I still am dealing with a very slightly blown HG? Would that cause white smoke/steam to come out of the dipstick? Obviously there is water in the oil because of the small amount of gunk on the tip of the dipstick and condensation along the length of the dipstick tube.

No oil in the coolant however, no smell, etc. etc.

The places that I saw clogs in my system were in the block ports, there was a crust substance in them.

Did you clean (not just blow air) the PTC in you intake pipe?

That tends to get an oily buildup.

Just because air will blow through it does not mean it is completely clear just not completely clogged.

If the parts weren't new 10K ago, try flushing them with brake clean or something similar.

All the hoses, box, etc. felt light as if there was nothing in them. There was zero crust, build up, etc. I did notice however that the flame trap has that same "milky" substance" on it that is on the tip of the dipstick. Thoughts?

The block was completely clear as well, I stuck multiple objects in there because I was sure something was clogged, I just can't find it

No idea on the PTC, where is it?

I have a non-turbo, do non-turbos have a PTC nipple?
