Быстров
when i get some spare cash ill pick up some plastic lenses and do em like hum did . in mean time this will have to do. Lenses are separable... you have to be careful though. Oven to 350 for 10 mins and then try to pry the edge with the very thin and hard metal piece like a butter knife or thinner. Work slowly around the edge and then reglue with RTV.regarding corners and 350 degree heat, i usually have luck with them but on the volvo they are glued using a high frequency ultrasound. basically bonds two plastics without adhesive. how you have gotten yours apart is beyond me but ill try again, i got a few spares. i see them on junk yard all the time on the 850's after accidents they got lenses missing. so im wondering if maybe all it needs is a good old fashioned hammer to brie them open Lolzz

Ihatespeedbumps
I like this, not many retrofitted 850's out there. I have been thinking about doing this for sometime. Nice work.

Fake-R
The high beam side won't be right unless he does two projectors.I know this, but most don't run high beams with HIDs, or so I thought?
stm1up
I know this, but most don't run high beams with HIDs, or so I thought?Aside from the flashing of HID's as highs or not...it'll depend on his funds by the looks of things. There's also the option of halogen projectors and then the Sharp lenses make more sense that way. narancs has the right idea for a one projector retro and stock looking highs.
