bottom line is he did not inspect the car well enough when he bought it

i would expect a CPO to be pretty trustworthy especially on a major detail like AWD. i guess if he gets a CEL he should actually check to make sure that the engine is there :lol:

Not yet! I got home Saturday and was greeted by a BUNCH of family at my house. Unfortunately my great uncle passed away and have been kinda tied up in family matters. I plan on going over to the actual dealership sometime this week and confronting them about it.

Not necessarily. I haven't gotten around to checking the bill of sale (even though it's been in about a 30' radius the past 3 days :lol:) Not exactly sure where it is either. Dad has it filed away somewhere and he's busy until the 15th ;)
