Kibim
I shot this yesterday. The car's back on the road and i'm loving driving it again. It's kinda narrow on the torque band, but once it picks up, it's pretty quick. This is boosting +- 1bar.

JCviggen
What tune is this running now? It doesn't look terribly quick for 1 bar, running rich?
Kibim
Running very rich, on a Perfect Power SMT8 piggy-back. It's tuned for fuel only, (and even then only roughly) No timing is tuned in yet.
Kibim
Its very slow under 4krpm, then picks ups. I should try shoot the boost gauge at teh same time, as it only boosts around 3800.
Boost3237
What tune is this running now? It doesn't look terribly quick for 1 bar, running rich?I was going to say the same thing. It was not bad, looked like it was going to get up and go @4k rpms... A little tweaking and that will be a nice ride.
BlackT5
what gear? you need to turn the boost up!
Kibim
what gear? you need to turn the boost up!3rd Gear! Absoutly. Boost is going up this week. Need to sort out some ignition stuff tho, getting spark-blowout. Gonna do it on the cheap and gap the plugs for now, but an MSD is in my future. I checked the boost, and this run was actually done at 13psi (WG Spring). MBC was completely shut down. I think the 1bar I saw was boost-creep in higher gears. I opened it up a little this evening, but got spark-blowout. Also looking at some logs on the management, and the lambda readings are way out of spec, and fluctuate terribly. Time for a new lambda for sure. The car responds MUCH better when changing from high-boost to high-boost. ie: 6000rpm to 4000rpm, it whips through the gears much better than this run leads to believe. Think the erratic lambda has much to do with this. 1st Gear, obvious traction issues, and then again at the top of first, squeak into 2nd, and again loose traction at top of 2nd. So she's pretty stong. I'll try get a clip or two of this in the coming days. Just need to mount a camera so I can change gears....

Kibim
Lots of warning lights on Yah, fuel light, Check Engine, and ABS. Fuel ... 'cause there wasn't any. Check Engine : Just haven't reset it since removing the EBC. ABS : Broke a sensor wire installing my oil-lines... don't ask. Just need to bust out the soldering iron on that one.
