240USA
So, my fiancée owns a 2000 S70 2.3 liter turbo fwd.It needs a radiator, bad. I was looking on ebay and noticed all the radiators say, non-turbo.I know, ebay junk but im broke.Did the turbo S70's come with a different radiator then the naturally aspirated S70's? Also, I purchased a timing belt, tensionor, water pump, front cam seal, crank seal, and idler for her car as well. so far it seems to be an easy job. Except for that damn exhaust cam gear. Is there a cheap way to do this job without buying any special tools?I am an old Volvo guy, I have replaced timing belts on the 2, 7, and 9 series 4 cylinders on the side of the road with nothing more than a screw driver and a pair of vice grips. but these white blocks are all new to me. Any handy tips from the more experienced? Tricks of the trade? Thanks for reading~Kyle
--Aaron--
For the best deals on your OEM parts give Waltrip Volvo a call, you want Jamie or Don and mention Volvospeed. I believe an OEM radiator through them runs roughly 220. 800-689-0021
vegasjetskier
WRT the timing belt and tensioner, go to this thread and scroll about 1/3 of the way down. There are 10 scans of the Haynes manual that show how to change the belt and make your own tools. http://www.___.com/forums/vi...sc&start=
