turbormonkey
Hello fellow members, my friend bought a Volvo from these guys, this is not the same one but alerting people http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1996-Volvo-850-Sedan-NO-RESERVE-STK-174074B_W0QQitemZ370201948679QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_Cars_Trucks?hash=item5631c17207&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245&_trkparms=65%3A7%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318 and found out their was massive shill bidding so he didnt go through with transaction. We have looked into their feedback and other auctions and noticed trends, their are some bidders who have only made 10 car purchases at once from them, meaning it is workers and then see the same car listed a month or two later. The funny thing is their three negative feedback that I just saw within the month dissapeared, one feedback stated that they noticed shill bidding, but somehow it was removed, either they are paying or ebay is looking the other way. If you look at all the lawsuits this company has had on google because of their deceitful business practices, you will see what i mean I know most people wouldnt buy from them but I am letting people know that this is a big shill biddiing operation. turbormonkey
Also look at bid history on most of their cars, their are alot of zero feedback members and less than 30 day old members. Hope this helps potentila buyers not get scammed

prasamin
Wow, I gotta tell you that the car in that auction seems to be in damn good shape...i immediately scrolled down to see if it was a manual trans lol...unfortunately not, but still in very good cosmetic condition. but yeah, read the feedbacks...in fact, there is a 0 feedback bidder on the car right now
Serge
Good job finding this out. Shill bidding undermines markets such as eBay. You can clearly see "Seller 1" under all the auctions the shill accounts bid on.
