jdlc
You need (6) new line seals, drain tube gasket & o-ring no matter what. The thing is, there is no reason to touch the manifold or exhaust housing. Just separate the turbo @ the band clamp. Once you start talking manifold, you might as well get an S60R one, and then you'll need all new manifold studs, gaskets, nuts & turbo/manifold studs & nuts, and possibly exhaust/DP studs & nuts as well. Then it's not a simple one or two hour job anymore. Hussein, I intend to use new lock nuts when I install my s60R manifold to my T5M. But is it really advisable to use new studs? Taking the ten of when the engine is in the car is going to be a pain. When I replaced the manifold of our V70 NA, I just left the studs alone in place, is it different for turbo engine?
